I have tips that I have done after tooth removal process and this has been successfully accelerated my healing.   • Gargling with warm salt water

This is very useful to speed healing. You can do it after 24 hours post surgery about 2-3 times a day. Dissolve 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and use to rinse.

  • Eat and Drink

Do not eat solid or spicy and hot food. Surely you can imagine if you eat solid foods can hurt the empty teeth socket. The solution is eating soft food. And do not eat when the bleeding is still happening. Do not drink soda or hot water.

  • Smoking

Do not smoke for 24 hours after surgery. This is to speed up healing. Do not smoke for 24 hours for blood clotting running quickly. Because cigarette chemicals can interfere blood clotting process.
